Preparations are now well underway for this year’s summer festival. This year we will bring live Jazz to Southlands with the outdoor concerts on Saturday, July 13 and 14. July 13 will feature our Workshop faculty in various ensemble configurations, while Sunday, July 14th will be our student concert that features all of our workshop participants for the week of July 9 – 14. (Vocal Jazz Concert will be on Thursday, August 16 – more details coming soon).
The Combo workshop (August 9 – 14) will be held at three locations; The Red Barn at Southlands, the Benediction Lutheran Church on 6th Ave. in Tsawwassen, and at the Delta Community Music School in Ladner. The Vocal Jazz workshop (August 16 – 18) will be held at the Red Barn at Southlands.
